Refund Policy

1. Once course fees are paid, they are non-refundable.
2. In special cases (medical or unavoidable circumstances), refund requests will be reviewed by management.
3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
4. No refund will be provided after course access has been granted.
