Billing Cycle & Expiration
All memberships operate on a calendar month basis. Access begins on the 1st (or the date of purchase) and strictly expires on the last day of the calendar month.
Manual Renewal Policy
We do not use automatic recurring billing. It is your responsibility to renew your membership before the new month begins. If a renewal payment is not received by the first day of the new calendar month, your membership is deemed cancelled, and your access will be revoked immediately.
Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy once classes for the month have commenced.
Once classes begin, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
System-Automated Access
Our system automatically manages access rights based on payment status.
- If payment is not confirmed, the system will automatically terminate access to all materials, live sessions, and community areas.
- We are not responsible for loss of data or progress due to system-automated cancellations resulting from non-payment.
